Return policy

We hope you enjoy your created-diamond jewelry. However if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return it within 7 days from the date of receipt for refund (minus shipping and handling). Prior to your return please make sure you match the following criteria:
-   The order must be returned within 7 days from the date of receipt
-   The order must be returned in the original packaging.
-   Items that have have been worn, resized, engraved, altered or damaged in any way cannot be accepted for refund.
-   All jewelry items should come with the security tags attached and unaltered and documentation intact
-   Loose stones must be free of scratches, chips, or any marks indicating that the diamond was mounted or set. Make sure to return the certificate if it was provided. If the certificate is not returned, there will be a $250 re-certification charge.


Please note that all special orders are not refundable.

All credit card returns will be charged a 3% restocking fee. Restocking fee is not applied if the order is exchanged for something of equal or greater value. The restocking fee does not apply for orders paid by bank transfer.

Return shipping is at customer’s expense.
