How to purchase with Created Diamonds

Diamond selection

At our website you can choose loose diamonds from several popular colors: yellow, orange, cognac, green, blue, pink, red and white. Follow the link loose cultured diamonds to choose the color and preview selection of diamonds on our stock. Because of a large inventory there are only few selected loose diamonds from our stock in each color category. If you wish you can request for a specific diamond and our manager will offer you the choice.
You will be able to preview each stone, choose desired options and place an order on the following pages.

Shipping

Created-Diamonds.com provides free shipping for all in-stock items.
In case of special order please e-mail us for a shipping quote to your country.

All the in-stock orders are basically delivered within 7 days from the date of payment receipt. However the time may vary depending on destination and on the item ordered. Our assistant will contact you to provide details. We ship by FedEx, UPS, USPS or EMS.
UPS and FedEx will only ship to a street address, not to a P.O. Box.
A signature is required for all deliveries.
Please note that customers are responsible for paying any local duties, taxes and customs.

Payment options

There are two payment options available at our web-site: credit card and wire transfer.

If you wish to pay by credit card please choose Google Checkout option when placing your order.

If you wish to pay by bank transfer please proceed to Pay by bank transfer option when placing your order. Our team will contact you to provide bank transfer details.

Order cancellation

If for any reason you wish to cancel or change your order please contact us immediately. If your order has not been charged yet we will cancel your order. However if the payment has cleared we cannot change or cancel your order anymore.
If your order cannot be cancelled and you are not satisfied with it please return it according to our return policy
